Important Notice about Non Certified CATEYE Cages
Health Canada has passed a law banning anyone from advertising, selling, or importing goalie masks or cages for goalie masks (cat-eye) that are not CSA approved. This falls under the Hazardous Protection Act.
As a result, Hockey Galore.Ca is unable to offer any non-certified products to Canadian customers effective
June 1, 2009. This new law only affects Canada and as such we will continue to provide non-certified masks/ cages to Non Canadian customers.
We would like to remind Non Canadian customers that the sale of non certified masks or cages into Canada is a violation under the Act.
