1. Delay is 2 to 6 weeks depending on the season.
2. Custom renderings cannot be returned for refund or exchange
3. Once the order is placed, cancellations are not accepted therefore the restocking fee is 30%
4. You may request to customize your Olie mask with additional add-ons such as initials, different background or foreground colors, additional drawings on the backplate etc.. If so, please ask us for an estimate.
